Do you think these work overnight for my 4 year old?

They will still leak through. They are thick enough that it does not soak through fast. But I would not use for overnight if the 4 year old has big accidents.

How many come with it? Title says 6pr, description says 3pr.

When I ordered these we received 6 pairs.

I am looking for these for my son who has special needs. He is 7 yrs old and potty yraining.

I grand kids are 3 and very tall and the gerber pants were way too small. You might want to try these sites...they are related, but the prices vary so you can check out each site and see which offers what you want, at the best price. My grand kids are 4T and i got the XL waterproof training pants and they fit great, thought they are a bit on the puffy side. I will say they are more like water resistant though. Here is one site and from there look for Potty Training concepts. I hope this helps http://www.pottyscotty.com/Kit-0016.html

It says total of 6, but in the description it says 3 pack. How many come in the order?

This listing is for 3 pairs, or 1 pack of the 3 training pants. There are other listings for 6 pairs
