Wonderful underwear!! My dad loves them and so do we.
We have bought 9 pairs for mye him a sense of security and wash and dry well. 99 year old dad who just needed a little protection at all times, just in case. Especially when he goes out. Quality product and has held up after many washes. They give him that extra security and he says they fit well and are comfortable!! We highly recommend!!

Better than standard briefs
Good fit and works okay but not as absorbent as expected.

My husband loves these.
I have bought these twice for my husband and he loves them. They are soft and comfortable and do what they are supposed to.He likes them so much that he asked me to order a set for one of his friends. They are a bit expensive but for the comfort and peace of mind that they give him they are worth it.

Sleep in peace instead of pee -- Additional experience has led to a change in my rating
They work as described. They are comfortable and well made. No complaints and great satisfaction. When you compare the cost to disposables they are cheap! The XL regular absorbency is a tiny bit snug for my 43 waist, but that may be better for its function. However, I might try the next size when I buy more.ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AS OF OCTOBER 10, 2019I'm afraid my exuberance was premature. While the garments do reduce or even eliminate wetting of bed linens, they failed to keep me dry. The area of wetness can be seen outlined in the attached photo, and the feeling of wetness on ones skin is objectionable. Wetness spreads across the front of the garment, and if you sleep on your left side, as I do, you can see how much farther it spread to that side.I have since started to use a disposable guard along with the garment and it completely eliminates the wetness and catches all of the liquid I produced. I have weighed the garment before and after use and found the difference to be at the most 1-1/2 ounces, a light absorbancy guard worked better than the maximum absorbancy reusable garments. I have used the lightest absorbancy TENA guard with complete satisfaction for the full night's sleep with the Wearever regular and maximum absorbancy products, but will use the "moderate" guards going forward both with the reusable and even with regular underwear.I tried the "moderate absorbancy" TENA guard (54197-US2) inside thin normal underwear last night and found it worked very well to collect liquid weighing 1-1/2 ounces overnight.FINAL (HOPEFULLY) COMMENT 10/22/19I canceled my TENA order. They back-ordered it for two weeks without notifying me. I then found their representative to be unsympathetic, rude and brusque.Instead, I will continue to use the CVS max absorbancy guards that have been completely functional for me overnight for the last two weeks. They can be used in any closely fitting undershorts. For loose fitting boxers something else is required. I ordered them online with free shipping for 18 cents each on their "buy one, get one at 50%" offer.
