-33 is the best overall wool Brief you can buy. Company has great Customer support too!
I have worn three of these -33 briefs for a year now. I also tested Apex, WoolX and smart wool products. I found these to be the best overall option. They are more durable and provide better fitment, -33 has better support and the legs don't ride up. The others are too loose for the activities I use them for, hiking, running, biking. It's well worth the price premium, as they don't stink like cotton or spandex, and they never feel wet. I also favor the wool waistband, most other brands do not offer this, it feels much nicer and less sweat accumulates there with the -33 brand vs the others as a result.A small hole developed after 9 months of use. I found the warranty returns process to be easy with -33. I will purchase more as a result of this success. I do not suspect I would have had the same luck or even bothered with lesser known brands.

Comfy
Awesome. Great for hiking and more upscale dress. Soft, not itchy at all, warm, but great temp regulation too. Maybe size up as they run tight.

Breathable, comfortable boxers.
Soft and breathable. Highly recommended. They are worth the higher price.

Very Comfortable, not Durable
Love the feel of these. I bought these for long flights to Asia and Europe because I wanted something breathable, comfortable and ideally resistant to getting smelly after sitting in an airline seat for 14 hours. After suffering through several synthetics (some actually cause rashes after wearing that long), I decided to spend the extra money on merino wool It worked. These fit the bill perfectly! The drawback with these is the seams start coming apart and holes start appearing after about 3 washes I wash on delicate cycle and hang dry them.I'd give them 5 Stars if they lasted even half as long as synthetics.

Excellent product.
XXL is a little large, so XL would be best for me. Otherwise super fine quality and great comfort.

comfortable, perfect for travel
Soft, comfortable, perfect for travel. I haven't had any hole issues as mentioned in other reviews (maybe they are using the wrong detergent or wash cycle?); I wash them with my other merino clothes after travelling or hiking.

Very nice woolly underwear
Very nice woolly underwear. It’s not cheap. Well, it’s pretty expensive, but it looks like a quality product. It’s been washed a couple of times, air dried with other woollens, and it appears to have kept its shape and elasticity. I have a lot of wool underwear, because we like to feed moths, ho ho... but I’m really pleased with this brand so far. The moths will discover it eventually. And I will buy more.

Disappointed.
Too tight, too short, not as described in size guide.

I have bought a lot of clothing from Minus33, all of it has been really good. For this product I have also tried Icebreaker and SmartWool. I wouldn't buy Icebreaker again, they don't last. My experience of many years and many different Minus33 products is they are great value for money, the last well and you simply cannot beat Merino wool for warmth.

So happy to have found those
I bought this for myself for skiing since I couldn't find any merino woman underware. All the women ones are either bikini or very short underwear. For the price and quality those are amazing. Ended up ordering another pair and just love them and they did the trick of keeping my thighs and butt warm in the -30 weather out skiing in Canada.

I took L size and glad I did as the elastic just fits right
I'd give this product 4.5 stars if it existed, but definitely not 4, so I'm marking the 5 stars here :). I owe several merino items and they are a little rougher that this piece. I was afraid these undies will be itchy, but they are silk-smooth and not itchy at all. The only concern is that the elastic is a little tight, not stretchy enough comparing to the rest of the garment's size. I'm 5'11, 185 lbs with size 33 pants. I took L size and glad I did as the elastic just fits right,

Merino wool...the most comfortable fabric you will ever wear!
Merino wool, merino wool...oh how I love thee merino wool! Yes, merino wool is probably the most comfortable fabric I have ever worn and these are no exception. The only point of improvement I could offer Minus33 concerning these boxer briefs is concerning the cut. Please go study/look at other brands to see how they cut and assemble the various panels. Having a seam in the middle of the rear panel which tapers to a point at the bottom does not result in the most comfortable of fits! That said, even with this flaw, I am restocking my closet with these underwear. Not only are they super comfortable, they are perfect for trips since they dry so fast after washing. You could literally bring two pairs, wear one and wash the other. The wonders of merino wool...

Great, but maybe a little tight/snug. Maybe up-size your order??
I'm a pretty slim guy and these babies are TIGHT. I am 6 feet 185lbs (33inch waist) and the medium are snug like spandex. Maybe up-size your order by one??? Tough call. I am fairly happy with these. I have only worn them once so I cannot tell you of how they wear. I will probably hand wash these babies. Minus33 clothing (Jacket) has been awesome and warm.

Nice but too tight
After a sweaty day, I let them air, and the next day they were fresh again. They haven't shrunk in the laundry. The waistband is too tight. At 173 cm and 64 kg, I'm definitely not a big guy, but a medium feels uncomfortably tight at the waist.

Great fit, depends on what you're looking for.
I am 6'2" and 185lbs (I wear 32 size pants) and following the recommendations I saw in the reviews here, I thought I'd buy the large size. I had to put it in the dryer to really get them to shrink a bit, but now the fit seems great. If you prefer a really tight fit, I would recommend you buy the Medium size version as they suggest.

awesome undies!
fit is true to size medium for me. Merino wool is the best, moisture wicking and odor resistant, what more can you ask for in undies?! Until they make self washing ones these will continue to be my fav.I've had mine for a little over 2 months, I will return to write a follow up if or when they start breaking down.

Long inseam and poor design of 'zipper'
Much longer inseam than I thought it would be. Comfortable and super soft but as mentioned your trouser snake gets out of the flap a bit too easily.

Extremely comfortable
I only wish they were more affordable so I could wear nothing else. Light, cool, well made, very fine.

Your member will get out through the hole in the boxer daily. Poorly designed. Never seen this before.
Fundamental design flaw: your member will occasionally get out. Usually at least once per day. The hole in the boxer is ridiculously poorly designed. This is the first time I have this issue with boxers... Ever.... Unacceptable for premium underwear.
