We have been adding this fibre rich powder in the chappati flour almost daily for last 2 months. Our entire family has observed significant improvement in our digestion process. I have taken soo many supplement and powder but this is the worst I have taken.I had mixed with milk and my protein powder still it's taste was overpowering.couldnt drink it planning to throw the powder.u can try oats instead of this
