The flashlight test worked for me. The stones are as advertised, with a good selection and variation of shapes and sizes. This is the second product I bought from Wellness Hut, overall very pleased. As it mentions on the label, shungite can be messy so be careful even after rinsing them, hand soap and a sponge works to clean up in case of a mess . I mainly use the stones to make shungite water which actually tastes smoother and feels better to drink than tap, it really does feel 'activated' compared to 'lifeless' tap water. I also add a couple of stones around the base of my plants and they seem to be doing better.

Packaging is good orginal stones

I had bought a different brand previously with no instructions, and I definitely did not use it properly the first time until I bought this! This brand came with instructions, and it looked a little different like it was premium Shungite. You definitely can tell the difference in the taste in the water after you boil. It definitely do some research on how to process and store it after you make the water.

Seems great...can it effect your gut for starters?

I've used bigger stones before. The smaller stones mean that there is more stone surface to interact with the water, but there is more dust to rinse off the stones. I think I'll use a clear plastic tube to hold the stones next time. I tend to leave my water in the sun for six hours before using the added step of Shungite stones. The taste is the same as with the larger stones.
