Quality charger. Display actively shows battery voltage increase in increments of 0.01V up to full (rated) 4.2V for 18650 Batteries separate from the overall charging percentage (peak voltage was attained at around 75% charge).Charger is compatible with certain other standard and exotic batteries as well per included manual. Charging speed is a bit slower with USB 2.1 to micro-USB at 0.5A per each battery, but seems reliable/transparent and batteries don't get hot. Batteries are very high capacity for 18650s at 3,200 mAh. Haven't tested actual longevity yet. Seems like a great upgrade to my diving light kit. Batteries and charger made in China.

Only used 1 week. Charger does a great job with automatically adjusting to the battery type and giving the user a visual charge status. The batteries needed just a hair shaved off of the exterior label seams in order to fit into one of my devices. It just took dragging a razor blade at a 90 deg angle to the surface for a couple passes. It wasn't even enough to go through the label. Not sure if its the device that may be too tight either. It only took a minute and it works fine now and the battery slides right out. Would buy again so far.

Its a battery charger and it charges batteries: my cheap "Ring"-knockoff camera's batteries started dying every few of days. This perfectly recharges the extra set I bought keeping my camera running.

Updated review... I was contacted by the seller and they sent me another set absolutely free of charge. I received them very quickly. This new set works great!! I guess the previous batteries were just a bad set. Completely satisfied with not only the product but the customer service was top notchNow a 5 star review!!Got these to replace Orbitronics batteries i have been using for almost 3 years. I do inspections for a living and use my flashlight all day. From the moment I put these in the flashlight started blinking and the battery indicator lights were flashing. I fully discharged them properly recharged them and they still did same thing. I found a couple old cheap 18650s I had that had never been used and it works fine. Possible i just got a bad set??? Maybe. Seems like junk to me. The charger is decent to keep as a back up if my nice one dies on me.

I use it to charge my spare batteries at work. As soon as I plugged it in, it lit up and started working like a charm. I'm surprised at how quickly it charges. I waited only half an hour to have the included batteries fully charged. I can see this being a long lasting tool, out of which I'll get a lot of use

I charged it overnight in it's own charger. Then I used this to replace the batteries of my motion activated outdoor lights that used to last only a few hours and by the time I go to work the light is so dim before the dawn comes. After I installed these, the motion lights are still as bright as if it has full charge even just before the sun comes up. I highly recommend these batteries. I even put new batteries on the old motion activated lights that were 5 years old and it is bright again. I only had these for a few months so I can't say that it lasts, but I hope it does. I will update the longevity after a couple of years. This will be a good test because it is in use daily.

The charger is super wonky, sometimes it charges batteries in an hour and a half, other times it's 2 and a half hours. Same batteries, same outlet. Makes no sense. The display is also messed up and inaccurate. I had a set charging and they just stopped charging at 3.85 volts, as a last ditch effort to try and trouble shoot why they just stopped charging, I unplugged and relugged the device back in and all of a sudden it zipped through the charging and turns out they were practically fully charged. So the batteries had been charging the whole time but the display was wrong. Since you don't want to really overcharge lithium batteries, it was enough for me to start shopping around for something different. Honestly, I personally do not recommend this product.

The battery that came with my flashlight was starting to go dead sooner than it had been. With the new battery its like new again. The charger is wonderful since it will charge a wide variety of battery sizes and types. The charging meter is wonderful for keeping track of the progress. Macro USB to USB cord plus into any USB port.
