I'm sorry I never gave 5 stars. But there was a couple of things I was disappointed about. The first thing I was disappointed in was that it was just a cover. No pillow. May well have been my fault for not reading properly. But I thought it would have been standard. The second thing that annoyed me was that the picture did not go right to the edge of the cover, there was a white border around the image that I didn't like. Delivery was quick.

The order arrived quickly. However, the product is not of the best quality. The seams are uneven, and threads stick out in some places. The print quality is low, the color is bad, in some places the pictures are just black spots

I ordered the personalised cushion for my 6 year old granddaughter, it image was of her favourite character Snow White, I was delighted that she was delighted with this gift

Amateurs !!!
Purchased 2 cushion covers from thus seller and waa extremeley dissappointed to say the least ! Firstly the quality of the print was extremely poor, very feint and nothing like thr photos sent. Secondly they stitching was off meaning it was almost curved and not straight. 3rdly one was bigger than the other and had a durty mark on the corner of it. I contacted the seller and sent photos of my cushions to which they more or less ignored stating a no return policy ! Well what about shoddy workmanship and false advertising then ? Wheres the consumers rights when it comes to not as advertised? I strongly reccommend you dont use these as they didnt even offer to redo them or offer a partial refund. Disgusting and shouldnt b allowed to sell. !

Ganz ok
Leider kam nur ein Kissenbezug mit verblasstem Foto und keiner kissenfüllung an, trotz Beschreibung. Mit jetzt dunklem Kissen als Inhalt geht es halbwegs. Trotzdem würde ich es nicht noch einmal bestellen.
