**Q: Has anyone used this and adipex  ? Is it comparable?**
A: I am prescribed the generic brand of adipex and I started losing weight but hit a plateau however, after adding the fenitra has become the boost I needed. No heart palpitations or irritability just a lot of sweating. A lot.

**Q: Do they actually help with weight loss?**
A: At first my energy was boosted, but that was it. 2 months taking and no weight loss for me. No gaining, thank goodness, but no loss.

**Q: Does it make you anxious .**
A: If you are an anxious type then maybe at first but it will pass after the first week or so when it starts getting in your system and then you will be anxious to see how much weight is falling off. I lost over 60lbs with Fenitra and if you want it you can do it with Fenitra.

**Q: How much caffeine does it contain?**
A: The label doesn’t have how much caffeine it contains.
