Grace’s secrets & the fact that she wouldn’t stand up for herself made it hard to really feel more than pity for her. Now, Jack’s predicament had me questioning a great many things but he was such a fun character that I had to love him. Mather did bring the story together in a unique and complete way. This well written tale was a nice quick read that was a decent way to spend an afternoon.
