The Roll-Down Pull-Down Projection Screen was working very well for about a month, then it took longer & longer to flatten the screen after each roll-up (from 15 mins to about an hour last time i used it). I contacted customer support and addressed the issue, the customer service team simply replied that it is normal to have waves & I should just leave the screen down until it gets all straighten up. I asked them “What is the point of buying a roll-down pull-down type if I have to leave it down an hour before each use??” I then requested to escalate in order to have someone to further look into this wavy issue. I have waited 2 FULL MONTHS & still receive no callback/response.I generally do NOT recommend people to buy from company with no support within warranty period!

Good quality screen. It's thick and seems durable. Thankfully it seems well built because the casing of mine came dented in several places (the packaging looked like it had gone through the shredder when it arrived!) but it doesn't seem to have affected the pull down mechanism. It doesn't bother me too much since I've installed it where the casing is hidden, but it still arrived damaged (so buyer beware!). Has quite the chemical-y smell to it, but I imagine that will dissipate after being aired out for a few days. Overall, a nice screen for the price... Just wish it had come in better condition.

I just hate when screens aren't straight and have wrinkles...that's not the case! This screen is low profile and just works fantastic. Installation is as easy as 2 screws and the build is solid. I got it for a children room and just does the job. Would I use it for home cinema? Humm maybe. This is almost a 5 stars for me but if you are picky and are into cinematic experience you probably need to spend $700 in a professional screen, otherwise for ocasional view this is a great value for the money.

Again another disappointment with online shopping! You order something it doesn't work you paid for it can't return it so your stuck with it!!! But hey during a pandemic you cant leave or buy anything you SEE you have to take your chance and order garbage online. So now we are stuck with a 100ft screen that doesn't retract! No way of sending it back unless WE pay for it AND no one to contact about the product! BASIC!
