It’s actually hard to say, it has a tint to it when you put it on your finger but it doesn’t really change the color of your facial skin. I guess it does “perfect” it but it’s not as tinted as their other complexion rescue.

Q: I plan to wear this under makeup. Should I use this before or after primer?

You can use either way. You can also use it all alone, just as a moisturizing sunscreen. If you use it over your makeup it didn't hold like a setting spray would.
