Q: Says 14" high but how wide and deep is this statue?

It's difficult to tell exactly since the statue doesn't have clearly defined edges and the measurements vary. It is approximately 5.75" wide at the widest part from one outstretched hand to the other. It is approximately 3.5" deep at the base. Q: How will she fair in minus ten, twenty, thirty degree weather? I work in an open sided, unheated building in a lumber yard in Montana.

I have no idea. Today, 8-19-19 it is 100 degrees in TX where I live. She withstands the heat but I couldn't tell you about the winter.

Q: She's very light. Is there a way to fill the statue with sand to keep it from being blown over by high winds?

No I wouldn't fill it with sand. That would be messy if you ever wanted to bring her inside. Instead take a thin stake. I used the bottom part of the hooks they sell to hang Bag a Bugs on. Stick it up thru the small hole in the bottom of the statue and anchor it in the ground with that. You can make those stakes as long as you need to because each segment fits into the bottom of the one above it. I have my statue in a flower garden and I had a problem with it being hidden behind the plants when they get tall. I took a plastic flower pot and put it upside down. Then I put the statue on top of the pot with the stake going thru the hole in the bottom of the pot and into the ground underneath. I never had it blow over, even in windstorms.

Q: The description of the product says 14 inches and yet the dimensions say 24 inches! Which is it?! I already got a 24-inch one and think it's too big.

It is really 14 inches. It is not that big. I really like it. I have it in front of my porch.
