He’s 6 and got him the youth s/m. Seems alittle tight punching the hand thru but then fit him perfect. Upper arm is not to tight. Good investment as I keep him outside in his bike as much as possible. Goodluck

The product is lightweight, breathable, I could take a hard hit, you can literally just drop to your knees with these guards on without any beer, the only problem is when you get really sweaty especially in the summer months this type of protection will make you twice as hot, sizing may vary, so if you're extremely tall and thin like myself you're probably looking for the smallest size as an adult, because I'm 6'7 at 170 lb I'm extremely lean, I went with a small which was a little bit tight at first but then eventually broke in, but definitely a really good product for the price.

According to the size guide I was a size medium, but they were too small. So, I replaced them and am very happy with the size large.

I bought these to wear under my dirt bike jersey for woods riding. I have trouble finding hard shell pads that stay in place and I’m familiar with these from mountain biking.I ordered an XL and they were a little snug when I initially put them on but after a couple of miles I forgot they were even there. When my hardshell pads would slide down I would start getting arm pump. I only have one ride on these but so far I don’t think there is anything on the market that can compete for the money and quality.I have a big enduro multi day trip this weekend and will update if I see anything that should change this review.

I got these for longboarding and they seem really nice so far. They fit well and are super flexible. Haven't actually crashed with them yet but I made sure to wack my elbows into hard surfaces, as any sane person would, and barely even felt it. I was worried they might make me hot, but thankfully they are pretty breathable. Naturally an extra layer is gonna add some heat but it's not bad at all

There were other more expensive brands I was looking at. I ended up going with these because the others had customers complaining about fitment issues.The chart was accurate. I workout at the gym and mountain bike. Arms are a little bigger than average. Chart didn’t lie, these fit great and they stay on the entire time.They also help me stay cool. I would recommend buying these

I wear these in case I fall (I'm 60ish years old) and they are quite comfortable and provide all the protection I need. I've fallen a few times with them and never gotten a scratch. The only problem: In 90+ degree weather when I go on a 3 hour all out ride I do occasionally get some heat rash on my arms, but I don't think there is anything that would prevent that. These are good quality light weight pad and I've bought two complete sets of elbow, knee and compression bike shorts. I've tried all the other gform ones and these really are the best version (and the latest version).

I enjoy the light weight and quality. I use these to officiate Ice Hockey. They are my go to for no-checking youth and house league games (I recommend other elbow pads for checking league Hockey). Blocked a hard snap shot in an adult league game with no problems, and have no troubles with sticks at face offs hitting my forearm and elbow areas.

I brought these for my wife due to them being less bulky than others ,she didn't want to look like like Robo cop. They can go under layers, very flexible and aparently work well when you need them giving the rider confidence

The light Lycra material is great in the heat, lets your skin breathe and the flexible pads mean you hardly know you're wearing them.

Je ne peux pas encore évaluer la résistance à une chute mais en terme de confort j'avais peur que ça serre trop, au final j'ai fait une ballade de 2h30 par 24 degrés et je les oubliais presque, confortable et surtout rassurant une fois bien positionnés. Je sais qu'il y a meilleur gamme mais à ce prix c'est le bon compromis.

These are great. Saved me a few times. Just make sure you get the sizing right. Too loose is useless, too tight would be a pain.
