My stand only came with 3 of the plastic prices to hold the arms in place! where can i get the other one?

Is there a way to keep the 2nd arm (or the upper arm whatever it is called) from going back up when i bring it down?

Can i use this mount on the hällestad countertop from ikea? also does the mount support up to 20 pounds per arm, or 20 pounds for the entire thing?

Is there a way from keeping the monitor for tilting up? This whole build seems to not be as flexible as it says
