Beautiful globe - but labeled in Chinese and not English

Was really excited about this product for my boy who is obsessed with flags and countries.A beautiful globe in terms of quality and features. However , the globe received was all in Chinese ( not the English language as shown in the picture above.I’ve asked for a refund - hopefully I should get it back. But how do I ensure about getting an English version as described in the product / picture ?
