I bought this when it had 4.5 stars. I had hope... and then I received it only to come back to amazon and find someone reviewed it and now the rating is at 4.2... uh oh. So, I was confused by the two white pieces which you use on your molars due to how the description is written on here... when I opened the package I squished them and they're DEFINITELY two different densities. I also hate them because they don't stay put and they constantly slip (even if I'm trying to keep a bit of tension on them) and I feel like I'm going to choke on them. They'd be better designed with some sort of contouring to them to keep them in place, especially with two different (inadvertent) densities. On to the black bit you bite down on with your front teeth.. the instructions say to put it in hot water for 20 to 30 seconds and bite down on it for 10 seconds so the plastic bits in the silicone contour to your teeth... which is stupid... because I tried this 4 times, this plastic is literally not material which will do this and I know because I've experienced material which has done this with fangs used for a Halloween costume. If it did have this material at one point and has since been changed then that's a pretty big oversight to not amend the instructions.. but I digress. Going to give it a fair shot for a few weeks and hopefully see some progress 🤞

Comes in a very professional package and the product fells like is made of a very good a durable quality. You can start felling you muscles working from day one! Definitely worth the price and it does come with the complete set compared to other products.

I’ve had mine for a couple weeks and am already seeing results. Works just as it says it does, great exercise for your jaw. All in all a great product for a great price.

The product advertises that it withstands even the strongest of bite forces, yet after just two days of using the jaw exerciser I've somehow bitten through it. Not on the side with the holes, the side it says you're supposed to bite. Yes, I did put it all the way in the very back of my mouth, on the molars.

This exerciser is one of the best ones on the market. The price is OUTSTANDING and the packaging is very well designed and professional. This is the first jawline exerciser I’ve had that hasn’t ripped/ torn etc. It is comfortable to use and just the right resistance. They also have a lifetime warranty on this product. I would HIGHLY recommend this product it won’t let you down!!

I recommend this product but let me go ahead and throw some tips out there. The front teeth thingy is pretty straight forward and easy to use but the molar chewers are not. First, this is not chewed like gum. Your brain is going to want to treat it like gum and it'll never work like that. I found the trick is to position them as far back in your mouth as possible. Get them back on your molars and then tilt your head back so they go back as far as possible then tilt your head back down. The trick I found to keeping them in position is to bight down and then only release them about half way. Do this at a slow controlled rate, about half the speed you would as chewing gum. If you release all the pressure, they'll move around. Once you have the hang of it, it's pretty easy to keep them in place.

Wow everything about this product is amazing. I purchased the Rockville Jaw Exerciser for my TMJ issues because everything I've tried before wasn't really doing the trick. Firstly the package came early which was a wonderful surprise! The packaging itself is classy, each component having its on compartment and box to keep the strengtheners in. The card has clear instructions of how to use and clean the strengtheners. I started noticing results after 5th day already, my jaw doesn't click anymore which makes my headaches and anxiety almost completely go away (please consult doctor if considering using for medical purposes). These people definitely know what they are doing and are so confident in their brand that if you add them on Instagram and let them know your purchase they'll even send you a free gift! This is an awesome company that I would recommend to anyone looking to lift their face, strengthen their jaw, or even just relieve stress. I have bought many other Jawline exerciser things like this. The products themelves don't work well and are much too small to actually do it's job. Save your money and don't buy this!!
