We needed some protection from casual side views on a screen near a customer accessible area. We were very pleased to find an exact fit 3M privacy screen for the monitor model we were using. Easy to apply in minutes and it performs very well. We will buy 3M products of this type again over any other.

Need more privacy
The screens are great for glare and brightness.

This 43inch screen filter doesn't work!
The screen filter doesn't work. I have tried front and back of this screen filter but I can still see my monitor's screen from several different angles. Maybe I just got a bad screen filter. I will try another one.

Screen is less bright
Ordered this for my widescreen, mostly because I work in a dark room and the bright light was hurting my eyes. I have an LG 38" and it's a perfect fit. I recommend buying this if you're dealing with eye strain and want the added benefit of a little more privacy and a blue light filter.

Screen text becomes more difficult to read
Privacy function works as advertised. Helps to reduce sunlight glare. Unfortunately, the reduction in clarity for reading negates the privacy and glare reduction. Had to return for a refund. Also, the screen fell off the monitor after one day. It had been installed with sticker tabs that would allow removal and insertion of the screen.
