To be fair, I also supplement it with at least one cup of green tea or matcha tea every day but if you're not a green tea-drinker, taking one or two tablets will still do your body an awful lot of good.

Very happy with this tub of green tea capsules. The tub itself is slimline for its easy to store and fits through the letterbox! Myself and my partner take these for general immune health and also it’s said to help prevent some cancers and since my partner has been on chemo I feel these are important for him to take.These are one a day and are easy to swallow. This contains 90 high strength tablets so this is a decent and very welcomed supply! We don’t always think to drink green tea for health but having the capsule makes sure you get that goodness everyday, especially if you’re not a fan of green tea and don’t enjoy to drink it! Recommended!
