Saved up to get a sublimation printer and a heat press. I was so excited to finally get them. Printer is awesome works beautifully. Imagine my disappointment when I set my heat press up and got my shirt ready to press. Timer does not work and the temperature does not work when it gets hot the number state one thing 245 degrees but when you check it with the infrared thermometer it is on 95 degrees not matter what I can get the number to reflect does not get hotter than 95 degrees. Contacted the seller to ask for exchange. Email oh don't worry if it our quality we will make it right. Got that email a few times. Then I got I instructions which were more than I got with it when it got here. Replied replied replied. Then I start getting We are so sorry we are on vacation and can not reply we hope you understand. Guess what I do not understand. Would not recommend have not been able to use once since I got it. Customer Service is a joke you just keep going in circles with them. Oh they did f8nally give me a return label with the postage due to freaking China. Because I don't mind paying almost $300 For something that does not work. Only to pay for 50lbs of items to send back overseas. What a joke. If you want something that works or even being treated decently when there is a issue don't buy from here. I usually do not leave reviews. But this has been such an awful experience. I surely do not want anyone else to go through what I went through. I hope this helps someone. Sorry rant over keep moving on to something else this is garbage.
