Sharpens brilliantly and quickly
I had bought the standard Anysharp sharpener in Feb 2016 and was good but by Aug 2018 I had had my doubts and bought the pro version. That had worked great for years but lately I just could not get the knife to slice my homemade bread cleanly. Sharpening got no-where. Then found that the replacement blade sharpeners are available at a much lower cost than the full-on kit so tried that. Easy to fit within seconds and works brilliantly. Bread knife now cuts like the proverbial knife through butter. Recommended!
