Q: Have there been any issues with the suns reflection into the mirror and on to the baby?

I have not had that issue yet. I have combined this mirror with buying shades for the backseat windows too which may be part of the reason that we have had no issue.

Yes, it comes with everything you need to attach it to your car seat headrest!

Q: Can this be used in the middle seat and see twins on each side?

Q: The mirror shakes while driving. Is there a way to prevent this? The straps are tight to the headrest already. Thank you!

Perhaps the actual nut that the headrest joint is in is too loose. Tighten that up and see if it helps.
