All I can say is that it gives me peace of mind when I leave the trailer on a job site.

Lock fits well both my 10k load trail and PJ trailers. Very well crafted. Key entry is underneath so largely removes ability to hammer it. Because determined people could unbolt the hitch itself, I have incorporated numerous other methods Including a secure location, security cameras, etc.

Having read the reviews of others identifying how easy it was to cut off some of the other locks and because I have a very expensive dump trailer I went with what appears to be the best. It is shocking the weight and heft of this lock. I am not worried that my trailer will be disappearing in the middle of the night as has been happening lately. I highly recommend this lock.

I ordered this item and it was delayed over a week. Then it does not fit my trailer correctly even after viewing the website for an accurate fit. I returned this item a couple of weeks ago and still have not been refunded my money. If you want to deal with extremely late delivery or refunds taking weeks, then this is the place. BUYER BEWARE.Update 6-24-23. Still, no refund at this point I will contact Amex and report this vendor as fraud.Update 7-6-23. Still no refund.

It’s heavy duty. The lock is a little weird to lock and unlock at times. But nothing to be frustrated with. Very pleased

First off this thing is hefty. Received it quick and packaged nicely.I read the instructions ect, the first go trying to mount it on my Ram style coupler took about twenty minutes.The Ram style coupler has some “extra meat” on it. The pocket on the grey piece doesn’t quite have enough room to push it straight on and lock it together with the ball. After playing with it I learned you have to push the ball towards the front of the coupler, and then angle the grey piece upward before they will align up and lock together in place. Hard to explain exactly but hopefully that makes sense.I don’t have one to try, but I think it would probably just slide right over the more rounded bulldog style coupler and lock up without any issues.Was this I deal breaker? At first until I figured it out. Once I did it feels really solid on there but it does wobble around. It wraps around the coupler pretty nice. Slight gap around the lip of it which a pry bar might be able to slip into but even then how this is designed I’m not sure it would do anybody any good.This wasn’t cheap no doubt but my trailer cost a lot more. No matter how much you spend on a lock, I don’t believe there is one out there that’s 100% theft proof. If somebody wants it bad enough I’m sure they will get it. With this lock though I sure think will have to work at it and make some noise to achieve that goal. It does give you better piece of mind than the cheap twenty to thirty dollar locks offered at your box and farm stores.I gave it four stars simply for the fact you have to play with it for a second to get it on the ram coupler.
