I used a two part epoxy like a locktite or something and backed the area with gorilla tape. I plan on also lining it with more cloth to cover the tape. They assemble easily, it is time consuming; most of these were done on my lunch break at work. I’m a machinist and I only had a few threading problems, if you run into that just try the screw in another stud and another screw in the first stud. Every stud I ordered was put to use; there are a couple hundred on each shoulder. I’m happy with how they look and the assembly process.
