Took a bit of practice to get that working, but I learned how. Basically, turn the thing on, push the button, and it feeds filament & extrudes just fine. ### ⭐ Crap. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2016* This product worked great for the first 10 min. Now it still turns on but the filament isn't coming through. The directions are awful, half of it doesn't even make sense. I can't find a website or phone number anywhere, not even troubleshooting videos for this specific pen. Spend the extra on the other brand.
