Finally something sugar free that doesn't take like fake sugar and chemicals
Recently bought a bunch of different sugar free or keto items for baking, snacking, etc. This was onlythe second item I actually found not only tolerable, but pretty good. It's not going to be as sweet or quite as tasty as your typical banana muffin with sugar and flour, but it was pretty good and a treat for my restricted diet for sure. I played around with it and found out if you want to up your game a little, add 2-3 teaspoons of banana extract (I used Mc Cormick) and a few shakes of salt (sorry I didn't measure - maybe 1/4 teaspoon) it definitely brings the flavor to another level. Of course, if you are allowed to have banana in your diet you can add half a banana or so. If you add a whole one, you will probably need to adjust the cooking time. I added 1/3 of banana and cooked my muffins in liners for 18-19 minutes. They looked very moist and dense. Depending on what you are going for you might want to stop there, but I opted to put them under the broiler for another minute or so - keeping an eye on them and got more of the carmel brown color of a traditional muffin. These muffins are not sweet. After having so many disgusting products recently, that I literally throw in the garbage, I've come to greatly appreciate something less sweet because there was no fake, plastic, chemical taste that a lot of the sweeter products have, including others that are made with Monk fruit. I was thanking Lakanto. I was nervous for the first bite, but it didn't have that awful taste at all. So, as is this product is pretty tasty, quick and easy. I would definitely buy it again, but personally, I would use it as a base and tweak it a little that takes less than a minute.Personally, depending on any restrictions you may have in your diet, I suggest:- adding more banana flavor 2-3 teaspoons. 1 bottle of extract will probably last about 10-12 packetsof muffins depending on how much you use. I paid under $4.00 for the bottle locally. Totally worth theinvestment. Note: it does have "alcohol" on the extract ingredient list.- fresh banana- salt- if you prefer a sweeter muffin, additional sweetener of your choice. It is a very quick tweak, but the salt and banana extract really give it so much more flavor.I know some will want it sweeter, but I opted for some butter on top and enjoyed others asis!Happy baking! Thank you Lakanto for providing an easy, quick and tasty muffin!

Very good but expensive!
I made the bread with it. I only had two eggs and used those. I also put in some walnuts and a chopped ripe banana + the listed additions on the package. I topped it with crunchy/Healthy All-Bran cereal. Attached it the photo - after I ate some!! It came out very well. The only negative about this product is the price ($9). I thought it was a little pricy.

Good but not much of a banana taste
I did enjoy these, but I would definitely add banana extract to them the next time I purchase. To me, these did not have a banana taste, almost like a slight caramel taste, but still delicious! Idk if maybe I got a bad batch of the mix or what, but it had no banana flavor.

We can enjoy “banana bread” again!
After leaving our high carb, high sugar, wheat-corn-oat-based eating habits due to pre-diabetes, it’s been challenging treats we can eat. I’ve been trying and rejecting recipes, baking mixes, and pre-made foods. Although skeptical of this mix, I took a chance and ordered just one. A previous reviewer had some good tips, so I doctored the mix a bit, subbing butter for oil, almond milk for water, and added a few drops of pure banana extract. I thought I had greased the loaf pan enough, but the loaf stuck to the bottom when baked. I should have lined the loaf pan with parchment paper. Nonetheless, I could maneuver the small loaf out of the pan. When it cooled, I sliced it , buttered it, and shared a slice with hubby. We love it! It’s the first time we’ve been able to enjoy “banana nut bread” in years! I recommend, with a few tweaks.

Not very good
First of all, it is way to expensive, and when it baked up, such a small loaf. Not very impressed by that part, the taste is bland, but that is keto. All in all, don't waste your money on this high price item

Love this brand!
My husband and I are Keto. This brand is great for keeping our carbs in check without giving up foods we love. These muffins are delicious! They don't rise as much as a regular muffin, but they are still very moist and fluffy.
