Really good, fresh. A little goes a looong way. We use it for the outdoor firepit, the grill and culinary cooking indoors.I think this bag will last quite awhile! I like that it is organic and non-irradiated as well.Definitely will buy again. I've never had any problems with Frontier herbs. I have been buying their products for decades and it is ALWAYS quality stuff.

This sage goes in so many things. I just love the value and price. The aroma fills my home when I cook herbed potatoes roasted in the oven or add it to savory dishes. Perfect and the freshness date goes a full year from when I got my batch. This batch will be consumed before then.

It is so hard to find rubbed sage where I live, so I was delighted to find an organic version in bulk. Excellent quality, great flavor for pork and poultry, savory soups and stews. I love this product!

I always have to run to the market to get sage during the holidays because I use so much in the dressing, the breakfast sausage, the hot head's cheese and othe savory holiday dishes. Well, Frontier fixed that for me, lol. This is one huge bag of spice! Using an empty spice jar I took some out and put the rest in a ziplock. I tossed it in the freezer and it should last for years. Great investment because those small jars of organic spices can be costly if you have to keep replacing them.
