What an amazing company and product! It was easy to use and came with so many gems of different sizes. I really love the accessories aswell! I truly love this item. The hotfix crystals and the soldering iron that comes with it is so much fun. Yes, the hot iron does get very, very hot. You need to be very careful with that. Crystals are very pretty and very shiny. They are made of glass. They do a fix easily. It says on there that they only affixed to certain kinds of materials so it wouldn't work on wood, ceramics and leathers. But most clothing materials it works on and it is really fun to play with and it comes with a good amount of crystals for you to start out with. If you're a crafter I would recommend this. So much fun!

Almost all of the peach colored stones in this kit had the glue backing peel off, making them just flat backs. I’ve barely had it for 2 months, with fairly mild use, and the cord jiggling and the unit randomly turns off and on, even when the switch is on.I do like the black mat though, that’s incredibly helpful.I suppose it’s a good starter kit for beginners, but don’t count on it lasting for too long

This probably has to be one of the most addictive items I’ve bought from Amazon I want to bedazzle everything with this :) it doesn’t take long for it to heat up and it’s so simple to use I will say the instructions say to leave the heat on the gem for 15 seconds but it doesn’t take that long at all it works very fast. This is a fun little thing to play around with.

Stuck in a walking boot that is boring. Hmmm what to do, what to do? BEDAZZLE!!! So I ordered this kit. Fast shipping clear instructions easy to use. It’sa tedious task but the results are sparkling. My only complaint is the power cord is way too short. Other than that you get a ton of crystals and some cute design ideas. I went rogue and added crystals willy nilly. Added a lil pizzazz to an otherwise utilitarian boot.Get the kit. Be careful, the tip gets piping hot so don’t let the kiddos use it alone.

After researching ALL the Hotfix kits for many days, I chose this kit due to the many additional tools included and the overall appearance of better quality. And WOW - I chose correctly. Amazon fulfilled this order originally and I shortly discovered that the hot tool itself was missing from my package. Before I could reach out to Amazon, the Seller contacted me via Email to see if I was happy with my purchase. Once advised that a piece was missing, they offered me a direct replacement. Less then a week later, they sent me a completely New Kit directly through the mail. I was so thrilled to finally be able to use my crystals. The Customer Support and the lightning fast shipment was amazing to say the least. I purchase on Amazon almost daily and I have to say this was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I have had with a Seller. The Hotfix Kit is definitely worth more the price we paid for it and we look forward to purchasing more from Esseelove in the future. 10 STARS

The media could not be loaded. Overall, no complaints. The rhinestones are acceptable for my project. Not the quality of Swarovski, but for the price, I'm happy. The mat is handy when trying to work quickly. I have found dumping the stone onto the mat and then using my fingers to gently roll them over, works best. They tend to fly around if you use the brush. I one downside is they do not sell individual packs of these rhinestones. So you have to find the closest match if you need more. The heating tool is great. Heats up fast. Wish it had an auto shutoff when not used for a while.
