This is the only thing I try to feed my cockatiel. He won't eat pellets but he'll eat these. Only downside is they get hard pretty quick, even while sealed.

After about a year my Parrotlet finally started eating the whole nutri-berry instead of just picking off the seeds and throwing the pellets across his cage. So there's an adjustment period for picky/spoiled eaters. They're good for keeping the little guy busy, as he has to think to pick bites off instead of just grabbing a face full of food out of the bowl.

I've fed these to our 3 parrots (2 Amazon and 1 African Grey) for many years. It works well as a treat, but I would not use it a complete diet. I have my birds on a brown pellet diet, but crumbling these on top or as an occasional treat seems to provide stimulation and variety. Some users have commented on these sticking together in the container, which I have also experienced. I use the point of a sharp knife to break them apart and that seems to work. They usually sticker together more in the bottom of the container. It would be nice if they made a much smaller Nutri-Berry as these are pretty expensive and it would make them go further.

My conure loves these treats, but I must keep the offering low as they will not eat their regular food. Large tub means no reordering in months. I break them up with my fingers at they are large for a small conure.
