Been wanting to get something like this for the yard to make my wife happy. For the price on this I could not be more pleased. The unit came packed well and was easy to prep for install. I recommend mounting the star first before you undo all the strings to keep them away from the steps of the ladder and creating a safety hazard for yourself. I place the top of the star between 9-10’ up on the palm tree and I used heavy thing to tie it in place, worked like a charm and I’m very pleased with ll of the cool color changes and patterns it goes through, much more than I expected! I had pretty low expectations all things considered, but these were so pretty and 100% held up all season.

The colors are bright and vibrant. I got the model that can switch to white lights as well, which I think is a great feature. The built in timer feature works great. Installation is straightforward. I have this mounted on my flag pole with a single zip tie at the top and the supplied stakes at the bottom. It has stood up to winter weather and winds for the last month with no problems. Build quality seems good. If I get at least 2 seasons out of it, I would say i've got my money's worth out of it.

Bright easy to use

I bought ten of these and passed them out to the neighbors. It was amazing driving drive our little street with all these blinking and some not. You can set them anyways you want. I bought 2 more for this year 2024

this is for a location that is not on a hill and does not receive a lot of wind. We set this up and it gets pretty windy and it ripped the strands out of the ground and ripped them from the nails to hold them in the ground. It has nice colors, the remotes works but not practical for all locations.

String on one easily broke and String on the other one broke easily. I was very gentle setting it up and was pretty but it is very cheaply made. I'm disappointed I won't be able to use it next year. Plan on this being a one year use. Was pretty but not worth the money.

I was very much in awe of how good the quality of this set. The cables didn't feel cheap or look cheap. The lights were bright that I could see it 3 blocks away from our house. Very easy to install and the height is perfect fot the yard. The stakes could definitely hold the cables during a storm. Will definitely get another one for the other side of our yard.

These are not solar lights. They are great lights and very bright.
