I like the product but ampules were broken and glass was everywhere. Started using this when a relative lived in Switzerland and brought it in her luggage. I see shipping breakage as an ongoing problem due to the glass, small package size and hurried workers.

The product has a defect in design. You have to break the glass bottle for each use. It happed to me twice that the tiny broken glass was mixed with the serum. Without noticing it, I rubbed it on my face and got scratches on my cheeks. The serum is ok, not quite thick. I don't see any differences after using it.
