Works and will last
Totally over engineered (which is a good thing) and works perfectly - well worth the additional cost over a lesser cable

Easy to connect
I have zero understanding of MIDI but wanted to have a crack at using a keyboard with my recently acquired Volca FM2. After some YouTube research I got this along with a keystep 37.And lo and behold, it worked instantly. Very happy.

Good cable, feels slightly cheap for the price.
Great cable for midi interfaces. I use this to connect my SP404MKII to a Arturia MiniFreak and it does the job great. The cable does feel a little cheap, and for what you're paying it could feel better so value doesnt feel all there.

TYPE-A midi cable
There's so much confusion about Type-A and Type-B midi cables - including with (cheap) manufacturers and often no information in the item's description as to which cable it is.This is a TYPE-A cable, so will work perfectly connecting a TRS midi to 5-Pin Din Midi, that requires Type-A.Other than that, the cable is well made, the actual cable is subtle and bends easily though is quite thick (and slightly 'heavy') for a general cable between small midi instruments, on the other hands as it's subtle it lies flat on a table, and should take a few knocks. As it has a male midi Din on one end it will plug straight in - doesn't need another cable (as would a female Din connector). So if 1.5m is long enough, this cable does the job with confidence.

TRS Type A, not B
Despite this having the name BMIDI, it is in fact a Type A cable. It's good quality but not what I needed.
