for BMW Key Fob Cover with Leather Keychain, Advanced Soft TPU Surface Grain Car Key Case for Classic Style BMW Smart Key (Red A)

Purchased item to prevent accidental opening of trunk lid on my BMW X3M40i. While this key fob cover reduced the number of times this has happened, it didn't completely stop the problem.

nice look and fits perfectly

Jazzed up my key fob and added some support as the fob was starting to come apart. Doesn’t add much bulk, and the colors (blue) are nice

Love it so easy to put on

This cover fits my 2021 BMW x5 key fob well, looks ok, its texture "leather" is less slippery than the fob itself (which I've now dropped twice in its first week!), and should provide decent protection if I drop it. The silver plastic edges provide solid protection all around the fob, although make it a bit slippery. And the face also has a hole for the BMW logo to show through and being silver, makes the function of the 4 individual keys very clear, which should help my wife avoid having to put on her reading classes. However, it is a VERY tight fit and is difficult to get off.....that will be a problem when it is time to change the battery. It also blocks access to the small emergency key built into the fob....I've never had to use that in the past, so I'll probably not in the future, but if I do, it will be a pain to get at it. The attachable ring is nice but it is bigger than I need so I'll probably just use my own tradition key ring for that. Of the 4 covers I tried, this is one of the 2 I'm keeping.
