Some other reviewers criticised the packaging. Whilst not aesthetic, it was practical. The phone itself is in tip top condition and charged from 0 - 100% is under two hours. Set up was a doddle. Android 13 running smoothly.Point to note: There are 2 versions of this phone, the cases and screen protectors. They look identical but the 5G is bigger than the 4G. Sellers do point this out, but ensure anything you buy for this phone is the 5G version

Arrived a day early, in excellent condition with Android v.13. Transfer of stuff from a previous Android phone was easy, though some apps needed to be added from the Play Store. GPS, accelerometer and compass are all fine as is the camera and night vision. Not tried the biometrics as I won't be using them. Battery consumption seems quite heavy (100% -> 67% in 5 hours) but that's probably because I was playing with it.All in all excellent value and I would recommend an 'excellent' condition refurbed phone.

Supposedly renewed, but clearly not tested!Screen & sound both not working correctly.Making the phone pretty much unusable.The screen has a line near the top which does not sense touch. So buttons in that area just don't respond, unless you switch to landscape. The all screen scribble image shows where the screen is dead.Sound recording in any app is just static/white-noise. So the mic is broken.Sometimes, rarely, playing sounds had the same problem. Using a Bluetooth speaker fixed that - but that's not a viable solution.I'm not clear if the underlying seller is BossDeal or PixelDirect. Both names appear on the return form.So I suggest you avoid those sellers as the quality, at best, is too variable to waste your time setting up a "new" phone.

I love the Pixel 4a because it is the last moderately-sized Android phone on the market. It fits comfortably in my pocket. Battery life is excellent, often lasting two days. Though the model is a few years old, it still works great for all of my needs and has become increasingly affordable. Which is just as well since I'm on my third - the screen is more fragile than any phone I've had before.

This model is a few years old now, and yet it's still the phone everyone calls for when we're taking pictures. The quality and colours are spot on, especially with the updates to the camera including "magic erase".Outside of that it's a pixel phone, so no bloat, runs nice and fast and just works.Bought this refurb to replace the same model that the battery went on. The restore was seamless.Tempted to buy another to keep as a spare.

This was a second had Amazon approved product. I have purchased many such approved products over the years from Amazon however this seller's attention to detail in the packaging was superb it was better than the brand new exact same product which I also purchased. Brilliant 👌also received free gift of goodies in the package which the kids were tickled with definitely coming back for more. Also product arrived next day. Haven't had a chance to full test product but prima facie as described and so far everything works perfect...just like the brand new one I also purchased...makes me regret buying the brand new one from maker just because of the unboxing experience ☺️

Pleased with my new phone, taking a while to get used to, like any other phone, but love the compact size. Great price, too, why buy new when you can buy reconditioned....

I wrote a previous negative review of the seller Dig n Delve. I now give them a 5 star review since they did give me info I needed and appear willing to allow return of the phone, which is defective. The phone, itself, was OK for a short time, but has now stopped working twice and appears to have some loose connection inside.

Purchased as "Amazon Renewed" and have been very pleased. Received exactly what was expected. Great battery life; no problems!

Ein super kleines Smartphone. Es ist aber kein Google Pixel 4a 5G nur ein normales 4a. Aber das macht nichts .Es ist wirklich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es muss nicht immer das neuste und teuerste Smartphone sein. Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.

Des mois que mon fils voulait se payer un nouveau smartphone, pour remplacer le vieux que je lui avais concédé. Mais le budget faible et les exigences de qualité (notamment photo) l'ont contraint à patienter.Jusqu'à cette promo, pour un Pixel 4a, vendu par Amazon en direct, et pas par un tiers : c'était important pour nous.A l'arrivée, malgré son âge, le modèle 4a a vraiment très bien vieilli, la qualité photo reste exceptionnelle et mon lycéen est ravi. Le reconditionnement effectué par Amazon est irréprochable : on dirait un neuf. Et le prix était vraiment très raisonnable, nous avons presque cru à une erreur (170).Nous recommandons.

El teléfono llegó unos días antes de lo esperado, pero tras ser encendido (tras haberlo cargado lasta el 50% de batería) no pasaba de la primera pantalla de configuración, se quedó estancado en esa pantalla pese a cargar el móvil al 100%, reiniciar varias veces, etcétera. Tuvo que ser devuelto.
