Williams: A Different Kind of Life Paperback – 7 August 2017

This is an excellent book. Not just because it is about and extraordinary man and his equally remarkable wife, but because it was written form a point of view we rarely get. Most often we read biographies written by professional authors, friends or contemporaries of a person, especially in motorsport. This book is written by Sir Frank Williams wife, Ginney, who take son the challenge of looking after her quadriplegic husbands without any experience in nursing. It's interesting to get an insight into their daily struggles. It's a true testament to a will to live, determination and perseverance.

Absolutely a brilliant read, especially if you are a F1 or Williams fan. A very open and honest view from the other side. Virginia pulled no punches when she wrote this autobiographical tome. “Ginny’s” life a marriage to Frank laid bare, warts and all. A fitting legacy from a very special person.
