These are sturdy, versatile, broilers. There are two sizes and can be used to broil everything that can be broiled. I love having the two sized pans. Having the smaller one makes me more inclined to broil for just one or two people.

I wanted to buy a set of broiler pans in different sizes and this fit the bill, so mission accomplished. The original price was a ridiculous $300. When it reduced by approximately 90% I purchased. The pans are pretty bad. They're darker in colour than is customary for broiling pans, not shaped with the usual inclined sides and very shallow depth. After only one use there were particles that will not come off with scrubbing or in the dishwasher. After less than 10 uses I hate these pans. They will not come clean and are accumulating a really nasty coating that's ridiculously difficult to remove. The included scraper tool is un-useful. It should have raised suspicion perhaps that a tool was included to begin with. Deep cleaning dishwasher tabs and heaviest settings are unsuccessful. Scrubbing by hand is simply not worth it.... labour-intensive and only moderately successful. Never seen anything like it. This is not normal. I wonder if the residue is actually food residue, or the finish of the pan congealing. Either way, it's very unappealing and a bit scary to consider consuming food from this pan. As the shipment was never logged as being delivered I cannot return this item. This is one of three orders that remain in eternal "on delivery" status.

The grill portion is not what I would call non-stick. I scrub and still do not get all of the residue off. Even when I oiled the grill with olive oil, it didn't wash off easily. I washed it right away, to keep it from drying on and still not successful. Non-stick is not how I would describe it. It's better than my old broiler pan, but not the wipe off clean I had hoped for. I have used it about 4 times, so far.

I love these pans so much. They are easy to clean, make my meats nice and juicy, and veggies crisp. Totally worth the money.
