is this good for 3b and 3c hair?

I have 3b hair and my hair LOVES this leave in conditioner. My hair is less frizzy and has started to grow since I started to use this product.

Does this contain silicones?

I don't believe so. There is glycerin, aloe, soy, etc. No mention of anything silicone or silicate.

How do miss jessie's products in general work on afros? i have a medium sized poofy afro. not sure what number my hair is though.

This product smells really good. I used it on my daughters hair, thick & long. It worked very well, however hair must be wet in order to use.

Does this mix well with gel?

I don't know this answer. I would imagine that it would, but I would also suggest using a dab of each to try it out first. I usually put it on my hair and then blow dry it. I haven't tried it with any other products. Hope that helps.
