I like that you get 2 packs. It's very convenient. It has helped me cut down dramatically. Now I'm working on quitting in the AM which is the hardest for me. The patches stay on all day and I have no problems with them when I take a shower. They still stay on.

This product takes away the physical urge to smoke. The hurdle is the psychological urge that you want a cigarette. This has helped me cut my smoking in half. I travel frequently and use a patch when I fly and get through long flights just fine.

I'm 14 days into using this, and I am shocked by the total lack of craving that I have, even at a stressful job. If I had known how easy this would be, I would have done it a lot sooner. Great product!

I did it! Quit using the patches on day 3 because every other time I have quit I used some type of nicotine replacement and never got rid of the nicotine addiction or the rabid desire for a cigarette.... THIS time I have now made it 15 days and I am finally losing the cravings. At least for me, cold turkey was the way to go.

Being charged for 28 patches and only receiving 14 is garbage. The description clearly states 28 patches.Where is the other box?

This and the other step down works fantastically well. I have gone down from 40 cigs s day to 5-10 cigs. I used Step 1 for 8 weeks, currently am about to finish my step 2... Hopefully step 3 will help reduce the daily cigs to 3 or less.

If you want to quit smoking this is easy and painless. Just don't go from each level too quickly... be patient.
