Q: Is there a Speaker terminal diagram never seen an amp with this style how do i run 4 speakers from it

This amplifier has a common ground design - which allows it to be very compact! On the middle terminal you will have to hook up the speaker wires on the following way ( Negative from the left side and the positive from the right side Together ) The terminals are clearly marked with the printing on the side of the amplifier, please view pictures for output for more details.

Q: If i wanted to use this as a 2 channel amp do i need all the inputs or do i split an rca into front right and back right?

Yes, you will want to feed all four inputs, you can just split the RCAs.
