I take the power for health a couple of teaspoons a day one in the morning and one in the late afternoon, straight into the mouth as the saliva is necessary to make the beetroot work to its full capacity.Tip for you don’t put it in your mouth and breathe in, it’s a powder and you don’t want it on your lungs. I just lick it off the spoon until it’s gone. It tastes as you expect of beetroot. Some like it some do not, but it’s really good for your blood and the Nitric oxide it produces.
