Got it today and it wont come back on
I just got this today and after it telling me to restart it wont come back on and the screen is black. Wont reboot! I am angry!

The computer is extremely slow, I am disappointed
The brand new HP computer that I bought is extremely slow. It takes so so long to load and to effect a change. I am very disappointed with the product because I use it to do my job and it is slowing me down big time.

Worst Computer Ever
Bought this computer about a year ago. Only bought it so I didn’t overload my MacBook. It has given me problems since day one. I wish I returned it and upgraded it to a better computer. It freezes all the time. It takes forever to start. Sometimes the screen turns black for hours and you cannot do any work. It is so so so slow. Literally the worst investment I’ve ever made. Do not waste your money on this. There are far better computers out there. Stick with MacBooks, HP computers just aren’t good.

Don’t Buy!
This laptop is TRASH! It’s sooooooooooo SLOW! I can’t do any type of work on it because it just drags. I’ve used it about 3 times and couldn’t take it anymore. It sits on the shelf collecting dust now. 😒😡 Don’t waste your money PLEASE 🤦🏽♀️
