I bought this for my 2.5 yr old nephew, and he loves it. He brings me all the vegetables so I can put them back together immediately after he chops them.The veggies are of good quality and fun, bright colors which my nephew seems to respond to. They can all be stored in the neat "basket" they came in (not that toddlers care much for organization!)Since we got him this toy, he has started "chopping" his own bananas for snack time using the knife provided (washed very carefully between uses, of course). When he sees his mother starting to cook in the kitchen he hops up onto his stool, ready to help with the knife that came with this set.There are a couple veggies that he doesn't have the coordination yet to cut easily, but most of these veggies are easy to grab and cut. He will undoubtedly keep trying as his motor skills improve!Overall I'm very pleased with this product, and will be ordering another set for my niece!

My little nephew LOVES these veggies that he can "cut!" He already had various fruits (wooden) that do the same thing and he's always cutting them up, so I figured to buy him some veggies too! Love the little crate it comes in & cutting board w/ knife.... my only complaint is the cutting board is a little small, but no biggie. It's a great way for him to learn the names/identify each vegetable as well and make it fun! I must admit, I take my turn chopping up his veggies :)

Keep in mind the item is not exactly as pictured. If I had taken the time to look carefully at the reviews I would have noticed that the knife is green and orange, I wish it was the color of the picture the seller posted which is why I took off one star. Overall it is a decent looking set, I like that it comes in a crate so we can store everything in the crate. The play foods look good, was a reasonable price and will serve the purpose I was looking for.

I bought these for my niece for Christmas and she loved them. She is 2 and her older brother who is 5 was also having fun with them. They liked the action of being able to "cut" the fruit and then stick them back together again. They came in a cute little crate too. I paired it with a little toy shopping cart and it was great.

Got it for my 2.5 Year old boy. Item arrived today and so far my child loves it. He has been playing with it all day. The product looks good decent quality, comes with a basket to store the vegetables. The Velcro on some vegetables seem like it won't last very long but that's fine since this product wasn't so expensive, you can always replace the Velcro or buy another set. I only wish the cutting board was a little bigger.

My daughter loves this set. The only thing I don’t like is that the knife broke after a few times of her playing with it.

The vegetables and crate are very cute! I like that there are enough to have some variety, without having a million pieces that will be spread all over the house.
