Forced air underneath the pans maintains a top rail temp of 41° F and an interior cabinet temperature of 33° - 38° F. The insulated door, hood and lid minimize temperature fluctuations, and the front-breathing refrigeration system allows for built-in applications. Stainless steel construction makes this prep table a durable and sanitary choice for your facility, and the hood and cutting board are removable for cleaning. Commercial-grade casters with brakes provide easy and convenient mobility.
