Thanks to a free samples of all 4 steps of the new L'Oreal of Paris Rivitalift Bright Reveal brightening regimen from L'Oreal Paris, I've finally found a skin regimen that has made a visual difference! This is the first product I've ever used containing glycolic acid & it has revolutionized my skin care beliefs...because IT WORKS! From the first use my skin felt smoother, supple & pores were less visible. Im pushing 50 & my generation was all about worshipping the Sun- Im talking baby oil mixed with iodine laying on a bed of tin foil people!! All those years have taken a toll on my skin in the form of age spots which makes me look old & tired.After a week using the Rivitalift Bright Reveal regimen, my skin tone was well on its way to becoming visibly less blotchy. After 2 weeks, the compliments from others began- like, "Are you losing weight? Did you just come back from vacation? You look so less stressed lately." Working on my 3rd week, so I'm excited to see the final result at the end of the 30 day Challenge. Right now I can sincerely say, "I'm feeling more energized because I know I'm exuding a brightness & confidence I had lost!"The Daily Scrub Cleanser used day & night exfoliates the rough, dry skin without the over the top scratching- your-face-off feeling most exfoliators have aling with the glycolic acid with vitamin C & Pro-retinol seems to be brightening my skin right before my eyes.Next, the Brightening Peel Pads pads...using these each evening after cleansing. The Daily Cleanser works so well, there isn't much residual dirt left on the pads, but it does make my skin feel extra clean & refreshed.Then comes my FAV...applying the Dual Overnight Moisturizer complex. It comes in a cool dual red/white pump that mixes a clear serum with a light cream. I awaken with the same hydrating effects- suppleness & plumpness, as when I initially applied it & it lasts until I cleanse again in the morning.Finally, I apply the Day Moisturizer with SPF 30 to prevent additional Sun damage. It is a light, but powerful moisturizer & also contains the glycolic acid to work on vanishing those blotchy spots throughout the day.I'm sold already...can't wait to compare before/after pics at the 30 day challenge end! #GotItFree

So since turning an age where people think your "old" I figured I needed something else in my daily routine that will hopefully will allow me to love myself just a smidge more. This is the product. It helps by softening the skin that is dying a little each day to brighten the sick grey meat underneath. It prevents the exterior to break down any faster than what it was doing before using it. Then if you have spots or problem areas it helps with that too as it eventually fades just like ones soul. I have been using this product for about a year now so that being said I am an expert in the insta world or whatever other platform people state they are in expert in once they use it more than twice. Actually in all seriousness, this is the bomb when it comes down to it. Let's face it, I am not saving my face eating avocado toast every day so figured I needed a little something. I have used this for a year and it really is very great. I had sun spots on my forehead that were bothersome (only a word an old person would use) and it has faded so much. The only negative about this product is I wish they made a bigger bottle that I could literally dip myself in. As a 42 yr old lady, I get more compliments when people think I am actually in my early 30s, but that is due to doing healthy things like walking every day and trying to eat vegetarian as much as I can. I bought the dual moisturizer, the peel pads and the scrub, all from the Bright Reveal line - it's only been 4 nights of use and I've already seen a difference. The pads are about twice the potency of glycolic pads I was using previously & I wasn't using any retinol at all. Not sure how this would compare if I had already been using a stronger glycolic AND a retinol, but I used Neutrogena's retinol before and it didn't seem to do as much. I think the combination of the scrub, the pads and the moisturizer/exfoliator seem to be a good mix. (I'm only using the scrub at night even though the directions say to use it twice a day - I like the regular RevitaLift Radiant Smoothing Cream Cleanser in the morning). So far, so good - looks great!

My main concern with moisturizers has always been will it break me out? I have dry/oily skin that is prone to breakouts so ive always been very cautious of moisturizers. I was even more skeptical when i saw that this is a two in one system. When you pump it into your hand you get two separate things,one looks like an off white lotion and the other is a clear liquid that feels like silicone. At first i thought i would need more than one pump and i was concerned that i would run out shortly but you really only need one pump. When you mix them together in your hands the liquids become very thin so I end up having enough to even apply to my neck.I was rather surprised that it never leaves my skin greasy or oily and i have never broken out from it. I have been using this for almost a month now and I am waking up with softer fresh looking skin. It smells great and it dries very quickly. It is not like other products that leave your skin feeling tight. It does help shrink pores as well. I will continue using this as i am no longer getting dry patches on my face, i have not broken out and my skin looks really fresh. I cant say whether its from this one product or from using the whole line in combination but im happy with it and will continue to use it.I have received this product at no cost from Bzz Agent and L'Oreal in exchange for my honest and open review.
