**Q: how many pills --are they capsules -- how big?**
A: Always start with ONE CAPSULE before bed to test your tolerance. This is a high-potency blend so you may not require all 3 capsules. >> 90 capsules per bottle, 3 capsules per serving. Size "0" (small size). They are much easier to swallow than tablets or other larger capsules.

**Q: Why is salt in the name, is there salt in the product?**
A: Hi! Great question. The name "SaltWrap" actually came from an old story about using epsom salt soaked wraps for inflammation support following injuries. "SaltWrap" became a metaphor for our therapeutic focus.

**Q: does any of these products contain quinine**
A: I looked at the ingredients on the bottle and did not see quinine listed. I love this product and it helped me immediately. It said take 2-3 tablets. I've only had to take 2 at a time and it helped right away. I've seen on the reviews that some people had bad reactions to this but I have had none. Good luck

**Q: Does Mag R&R contain soy?**
A: Soy is not listed anywhere on the label. There is an item listed as Magnesium Vegetable Stearate,  could be made from soy, I don't know what it is made from.

I was surprised this actually gave me some relief. I wake each night with severe leg cramps, and also have a really hard time sleeping in general. I have been taking 2 caps at bedtime now for a week. I definitely sleep much better. The leg cramps still happen but now happen much later at night, and are not as intense. Plain magnesium does not work for me with muscle cramps, and melatonin also has not worked for in the past for better sleep. However, this product, has worked pretty well and I will probably get more.
