I bought this alarm for two reasons. Firstly, my hearing is not good and I found that sometimes my previous alarm clock was not loud enough to wake me. This alarm is loud enough. It has four discrete volume settings and I have it set on number 3 (4 is highest). It also has two small lights which flash when the alarm goes off. I do use them but they can be disabled. There is no way that I will sleep through this alarm! The display brightness is on a dimmer control so the display can be turned down to almost no light when I want to sleep.The second reason I bought this alarm is because it has a detachable vibration pod. So when my ears fill with wax and I really cannot hear, then I can place the pod under my pillow and let the vibration wake me. It works very well.A word of caution though, it is not the simplest clock to set. It has two alarms and it took me a few nights to set it how I like it but I am very pleased I bought it. No oversleeping in this luxury mansion! ;-)

I've tried using regular alarms for years and it would always wake me up with my heart racing out my chest. So far this has been perfect. Though I don't use it, the alarm is good and very loud. The flashing is bright enough you would probably notice it if you were facing it. The best part is the rumble feature. It sits under the pillow next to the pillow I sleep on and has woken me up every time without the heart racing. You can also customise it to have just sound, sound and flashing and any combination between the three. You can also set a secondary alarm just in case you sleep through the first alarm somehow. Very, very happy with it.

Bought 3rd January 2024. This is now not working sounds as if there’s a loose wire even screen disappears off and on when alarm goes off wouldn’t advise to buy. As may be a hazard. Now not working at all.

Works as long as you don't immediately turn off the alarm and go back to sleep, which still does happen with my partner but its a HUGE improvement from him using his phone alarm (he doesn't use this anymore), he wakes up 9 times out of 10. Maybe need to move the alarm away from him.

Wow! Excellent for my son, who is a deep sleeper. With the vibration, an excellent add-on.

Initially this alarm was brilliant. The vibrator could wake the dead and it was perfect for a deaf heavy sleeper like me!! I liked the flashing lights and the fact that you could set 2 alarms. ie one time for the week and another time for the weekend without having to keep adjusting it. 5 Stars............alas2 months later it has broken. Sometimes it resets itself in the middle of the night so the time is all wrong and you are late for work. It is happening all the time now and is not to do with the batteries. I can't return the alarm due to being past the return date so I can't get the replacement I would have liked. So be warned the alarm might not last you more than 2 months. Hence. only 1 start review after 2 months.

This clock is really good, I don't hear alarms so I can't comment on that but this vibration clock really does wake you up, the two orange indicator lights flash to show where the snooze button is. Also love the way you can set to a different alarm for the weekend, brightness can be adjusted to suit, it is just the right size display, well worth this price 😊

This product is doing the job I need. I've been having issues with not waking up to a multitude of alarms so as a last resort I looked into this alarm clock for the deaf. It's loud enough to wake me but isn't alarming, it also has flashing LEDs and a bed vibrator you put under your pillow to help. I've had a couple of times I didn't wake up because the alarm didn't go off but I'd obviously had the wrong settings set so that may take a few go's to get right.
