Q: Where can I find the booster pack for the “boho” design?

The reason you can't find it is because we are currently out of stock on the Boho booster packs. We are working on getting inventory it may take a few weeks.

Q: What does the 1 year warranty cover? Does it cover normal wear and tear such as peeling of the print? Do customers contact the seller directly?

The warranty covers any issues that are due to manufacturing defects with the product. If the mat peels within 12 months, that is covered under warranty. If you have any issues, just contact us directly and we'll help you out. Usually we will send you a new complimentary replacement mat if the mat is defective.
