Works fine with my unit.
I got two remotes programmed in about 10-15 minutes, including the time to read the instructions. Step 3 of the first page of the instructions is confusing. It mentions exiting programming, but there are still more steps after that. I just ignored step 3. It doesn't seem to involve any action on the user's part. I had a unit with a yellow learn button. Make sure you distinguish between the two buttons on the rremote. One is top and the other is bottom. The first step involves only the bottom button. After that, the button you want to program is used. We only have one garage door, so I programmed both buttons to open it. In other words, I went through the process twice, once for each of the top and bottom buttons. I took the advice written in the listing to do the programming with the garage door closed. The next day, one of the remotes did not work. I just replaced the battery and that fixed it. Given the price, I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Set up in less then 20 seconds.
I was done in under 20 seconds. I was worried as some said it took them several tries and someone even said it took them 45 minutes to get it to work. The build of is lighter, not as pretty as my old beat up Chamberlain. It’s going in my pocket so that doesn’t matter. The range is further but that could be a weak battery in my old chamberlain too.Works pretty good and does what it’s told, so no hoses needed for this product.

Good range
This remote was not as easy to setup as others I have used. It took me several tries to get it working. The is pretty good for such a small device.

Works great and programmed right away on my house gate.

One out of two was programmable
One out of two was programmable even after inserting a new battery. So I requested a replacement pair. I figured that at least one of the replacement remotes would work and I would keep the working remotes then return the two other.Instructions did work for the yellow button LiftMaster for one of the remotes. It appears that the garage door needs to be in the physically open position as shown in the instruction. But the instructions say "garage door opener fully closed" which is confusing.UPDATE: 1 out of the 2 replacement remotes was programmable, so I sent the 2 non-programmable units back for my return. In the end I have 2 units now that can open the garage door. A win. But 2/4 is not great.

Chamberlain HD950wfi - No JOY
First the included instructions are fairly confusing... (step 3 talks about finished programming yet step 4 goes to learn button on opener?).I followed the included instructions exactly and it would not pair with my Chamberlain Whisper HD950wfi.I attempted program using Chamberlain instructions (both at opener and wired control) - again no Joy.After 90 minutes of going up and down the step ladder and trying all the instructions mentioned above; I considered that I had perhaps ordered the wrong remote.. so I double checked Amazon - and this is supposed to work?Looking through the reviews someone else with the same model opener could not get it to work either... so if you have a Chamberlain HD950wfi I would suggest that you look elsewhere. What a waste of my time.

Easy to program if you are not a dufus like me
If you follow the directions, it will work. The directions say to look at the color of the learn button. I looked at the color of the learn led (yellow) instead of the button (purple). Duh. Once I figured that out, I programmed the device to operate two garage doors in about 2 minutes. I pushed the bottom button on the remote for 9 seconds until the led went out. I clicked the top button twice (corresponding to purple). After a couple of seconds, I pushed the learn button on the receiver, and immediately pushed and held the top button. Shazam! I went to the second opener. I pushed the bottom button twice. I pushed the learn button on the receiver. I immediately pushed and held the bottom button. Shazam!

Works perfectly, easy to program.
This is exactly what I wanted for my motorcycle key chain. It easily programmed to operate both of my garage doors so I can enter/exit through either. One is a newer opener and one is an older opener, two different brands and it works well on both. Great deal for the price!

Does not keep the settings
This product is practically useless. It works great at the beginning and then loses the setting and does not work with the garage door opener. It needs to be connected to the garage door opener once every a few days which makes it useless

It serves its purpose. Why buy expensive ones?
No complain about its functionality. I was able to set up the remote control for my garage door. The instruction however isn’t that well explained. I still have to do a little research for my Overhead Door model. Why buy expensive ones when it serves its purpose?
