First of all, the packaging is great. It comes in a solid case. Everything packed nicely in a designated spot. It wasn’t just thrown in a box as a scanner with accessories like other companies typically do. Not only does this diagnose, it gives you possible solutions, maintenance tips and more. It’s all easy to read and understand. There is a function to scan the VIN or type it in manually, a general tab for all types of maintenance in regards to suspension, brakes, coolant and more. Overall, this product is definitely user friendly and definitely pays for itself. I recommend this product to any auto professional, Even a DIY-er. Amazing product and definitely a must have that will be handy forever.

I have always been fascinated by technology and fixing vehicles. I purchased THINKCAR scantool about a week ago. I have now used THINKCAR on 14 vehicles. I also own a snapon verus professional scantool @ a cost of almost $10,000 and over a thousand a year to update it's not very practical! I am very impressed with the technology and hard work that has gone into THINKCAR . I have enjoyed having the maintenance resets and bidirectional controls on the tool. They work very well with no issues! Thinkcar scanner does everything my professional verus can do at a fraction of the price! It also has service information and great support if you are having trouble figuring out what is wrong with the vehicle you are working on! The support for any issues with the car I was working on was fast and professional. I would recommend this and I will certainly buy tools from this seller again! God bless you all! I am a Mobile mechanic since 2007 and have made plenty of money with my $49 Code reader I bought in 2006. The THINKTOOL diagnostics blew me away, on my first car, my work Van. Thru the RPM setter I discovered that it was 300-400 RPM lower than my requested rate. The Diagnostics of everything showed the TPS Voltage level was off. This explained the troubles I have had for 3 months at stop light Idle. Ordered new TPS. The 2nd project 2012 Prius, Once again Diagnostics were spot on, read the voltage on Hybrid Battery blocks and listing of all DTC's, worked thru those online YouTube etc. I was a little bummed that there was ZERO repair information. AND that's why i depend on YouTube, Alldata.com and eautorepair.net. HOWEVER there is no USA distributor for the THINKModules, Printer, Video snake, WorkLight or Battery Analyzer, etc.

A new brand never heard before, just wanna give it a try, well, i found i made a wrong call. It can't program new keys for my Honda, the TPMS function doesn’t even work. and the AutoSearch takes ages to read the VIN, I think the best part is the shell, I gotta say it’s pretty sturdy, that’s it, it doesn’t worth a shot…

Disappointed in myself for not researching more. I wanted the thinktool pro for the topological graph, only to learn this model does NOT support it, but it is in one the pictures on the ad. So, I guess you can say I was fooled. It also shows it in the manual. I guess the same manual is included with all models. If you want the topology, you'll need to buy the Thinktool Pro S, or the Thinktool Pro S+. Now I probably won't get what I want until next year. Makes me want to kick a puppy, just kidding, I would never do that. Other than that, this tool is still worth the money you pay for it. The bi-directional commands are a must have for troubleshooting many items. You can load the parts canon and still not solve problem because you weren't getting the command to the part. That's where the bi-directional commands come in handy. Command the item, then make sure the power is getting to where it needs to be. If it's not getting power, you're just wasting money putting that part on.I am impressed with the battery life so far, we will see how it is after a year. These things take longer to boot and read than a plain code reader, because it does a more thorough check on all the systems it can see. Be ready to look up the RPO codes on your vehicle, it still needs to know certain items that vehicle is equipped with. If the RPO sticker is not in your glovebox, do a search online to find where your RPO codes are listed on your vehicle. Use the charging adapter that comes with it, I tried charging with my fast charger for my samsung, but was taking too long, so I got the adapter out that came with it, and it charged much faster.Chrysler products: (Chrysler, dodge, Plymouth, jeep, etc)As in the details, you will need to pay an annual fee for the by directional controls on their chrysler products. What you pay on the fee outweighs the price of a parts cannon, and the feeling that you diagnosed it properly.All said and done, I do love how powerful this device is for the money. I highly recommend it.

Upon unboxing the tablet, I was impressed with how the case is designed. It feels like it will take some effort to break the Tablet.I initially had some questions and the tech support team answered them in a timeframe I was not expecting. The automatic updates make using the tool a breeze, as well as the usb c charging plug made it really easy to charge as everything is usb c these days.The back of the device allows some pretty cool add on's as well. Thermal imager, labscope, etc. it has a lot of ability I did not expect to receive.

This scan tool is amazing. As you can see by the photos. I was working on a 1998 Ford F150 Lariat. I have owned other scanners who claim it will do modules test and it did not. This tool did everything I wanted it to do and more. Not only is this tool rugged. It is user friendly. I would recommend Thinkcar Pro to any DIYer or professional. Thank you Thinkcar. Awesome scanner. It works amazingly well. It's fairly easy to use. I'm new to the scanners and I had another one a few months ago and was not happy with it but this one fits the bill perfectly I really like it it is worth every penny. Does more than what I ever expected.

Missing the charger for this unit but I think customer service is trying to get one for me, otherwise it is a very good unit.
