It’s not working for me
I just open it to use it but it’s so complicated to me I can change the temperature the wax it never milt so sorry I just want to buy some kind of simple to use .please send me return Lable and keep the money in my gift card I am planing to buy one deferent more simpleThank you

It works awesome and it help my dry skin so much. But the only down side is the Bluetooth doesn’t work

Not worth the money!
Too difficult to turn on/off. Can’t tell if it’s on or off. And it took forever to melt the wax
