Product totally inconsistent and unacceptable!
First order was great: It looked just like authentic knotting cord I have on some Tibetan bracelets. The second order was totally different and wholly unacceptable: The cord is red; that's the only similarity. It's much thicker and made out of some other material from the cord in the first order. I'm requesting a refund because the product is useless for the purpose intended.
